Referring Providers

Primary care optometrists, educators, physicians and concerned family or friends can all be vital in identifying vision problems. Dr. Cara views her work as a team effort!

The first step is the initial evaluation with Dr. Cara. This examination will be focused in the area of Vision & Learning, ‘Lazy eye’, Weak Binocularity, Post Concussion or Myopia Management. We offer convenient appointment times, with most patients being seen within 2 weeks.

A copy of all test results and a report will be sent to the referring provider. Patients will return to their referring optometrist’s office for eyewear and all primary eye care needs.
